Tool preset is done for tool length and tool diameter as well as the tool holder. It allows direct insertion into your machine spindle without any conversion measures. Precise measurement is achieved with high quality optics. Quick precision operation is achieved via direct transmission of tool data including tool holder data to your machine. This enhanced approach of tool preset with tool holder calibration in addition to you machine spindle adaptivity, allows for quick turnaround, increasing your shop floor productivity.
